Vice President, Head of Research and Polling Department

Widmeyer Communications seeks an experienced, high energy researcher to lead its growing research practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years experience in market research or polling, and will possess exceptional skills in client management, presentations, quantitative survey design, analysis and reporting. A Master's degree in a social science is preferred.
This person will act as an advisor to other Widmeyer practice leaders on all aspects of market research and will play an important role in client strategy, as well as with developing new business outside the firm. Widmeyer Research & Polling's clients include Fortune 100 companies, not-for-profit, associations and government agencies, with particular emphasis in higher education and health care. Typical projects include formative research for social marketing campaigns; message and creative testing for communications activities; evaluation research for communications programs.
Other important attributes include excellent project management skills and a proven ability to mentor and train a research team.
