Skilled in mergers, acquisitions and investment management, his background also includes experience in management transformational change, marketing, business relations and strategies. Young has many years' experience in financial management through his work with global risk management and human resources consulting firms Aon Corporation and predecessor company Alexander & Alexander. He also served as CFO of the Gingrich Group, a Washington, DC-based strategic consulting firm founded by former Speaker of the House of Representatives Newt Gingrich. A.J. was an advisory board member and director, providing leadership and counsel to the firm during a period of dynamic and rapid growth. A.J. resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and son.
